An Ocean County ex-convict and parolee once featured on the TV show "America's Most Wanted" will spend more than a decade in prison after admitting to his role in the stabbing death of another man, authorities said. A 27-year-old man from South Jersey admits setting fire to an occupied home on the Jersey Shore, authorities said Jamal Preston, 27, of Egg Harbor Township, admitted to aggravated arson in Lakewood, before Superior Court Judge Guy P. Police confiscated a loaded gun with hollow point bullets from an accused cocaine dealer in New Jersey, authorities said. Authorities carrying out a search warrant Friday at a residence in the Manitou Park section of Berkeley Township found about 30 grams of cocaine and a loaded Glock 9 mm handgun with a large-capacity magazine and hollow point bullets, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. A 44-year-old parolee from the Jersey Shore has been arrested in connection with a near-fatal stabbing last weekend, authorities said. Prosecutor: 50-Year-Old Man Critical After Jersey Shore Stabbing
Authorities are investigating a stabbing that critically injured an Ocean County man this weekend. A 50 year-old man from Berkeley Township was stabbed in the neck on Saturday evening and remains hospitalized, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
