4 People Killed As Roof Collapses In Lacey Township House Fire Four people were killed when a roof collapsed during a house fire in Ocean County, authorities said. On Tuesday, Aug. 1, at approximately 12:30 p.m., a structure fire with entrapment was reported on Buttonwood Drive in the Lanoka Harbor section of Lacey Township, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
