Berkeley Township Man Accused Of Uploading Child Porn To Internet To Stay In Jail Through Trial An Ocean County man accused of uploading child pornography to the internet will stay in jail, authorities said. Joseph Asfor, 45, of Berkeley Township, was ordered by a judge on Tuesday, Apr. 9 to remain in jail through his trial, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release.
