Ex-Jersey Shore Winery Manager Charged With Theft A former Ocean County winery manager has been charged with stealing from her employer, authorities said. Nancy Proctor, 62, of Ortley Beach, was charged on Monday with theft by unlawful taking, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Plumsted Township Police Chief Earl Meroney.
