An Atlantic County man was convicted of driving with a suspended license after he had at least two DUIs, authorities said. Thomas Fox III, 60, of Absecon, was found guilty by a jury on Tuesday, Apr. 9, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a new release. Dad Charged With Vehicular Homicide In NJ Crash That Killed 8-Year-Old Son: State Police
A 31-year-old father from Camden was charged with vehicular homicide in a crash that killed his 8-year-old son, authorities said. Franklin Diaz Sr., who remained in the hospital, was additionally charged with endangering the welfare of a child and causing death while driving with a suspended license, according to Sgt. A 23-year-old driver with a suspended license was flown to the hospital after sending a vehicle through several yards and fences then into a house on the Jersey Shore Friday night, authorities said. Ocean County Fugitive Extradited From Texas In Fatal Hit-Run Crash Remains Jailed
A 27-year-old Jackson man arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash on Christmas Eve has been ordered to remain detained at Ocean County Jail, authorities said. Roberto Alcazar-Sanchez previously was charged with knowingly leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in death and driving with a suspended license, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. A Lakewood man on Friday admit he fled the scene of a motor vehicle crash while driving with a suspended license, leaving the driver critically injured and killing the passenger, authorities said. A 31-year-old driver from Ocean County has been sentenced to seven years in state prison in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian, authorities said.
