Fire Kills 77-Year-Old Central Jersey Man: Prosecutor A 77-year-old man died in a fire in Central Jersey early Tuesday, Dec. 20, authorities said. The fire broke out at about 4:50 a.m. on Lear Court in East Brunswick, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Chief Frank LoSacco of the East Brunswick Police Department  Upon their arrival, first responders found an unresponsive man inside the residence.
