Jersey Shore Victim Died Weeks After Shooting: Prosecutor
A Monmouth County man has been arrested and charged with fatally shooting an acquaintance last month, authorities said. David A. Bulk, 71, of Millstone Township, is charged with murder and a weapons offense in connection with the death of 49-year-old Gerard Carpinello of Portland, Pennsylvania.
