Virginia Man Indicted In Sayreville Councilwoman's Slaying: Prosecutor A 29-year-old man from Virginia has been indicted in the fatal shooting of Sayreville Councilwoman Eunice Dwumfour Rashid Ali Bynum, of Portsmouth, Virginia was indicted on Wednesday, Aug. 16, by a Middlesex County grand jury for first-degree murder and weapons offenses, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone. On Feb. 1, at approximately 7:22 p.m., authorities received a 911 call reporting shots fired in the area of Samuel Circle, in the Parlin section of Sayreville.
