A Philadelphia man who sex-trafficked a 15-year-old girl was sentenced Monday, June 6 to 17 to 40 years in state prison, authorities said. Andrew Hall, 29, pleaded guilty on Feb. 28 to a slew of charges, including human trafficking of a minor, statutory sexual assault of a minor, promoting prostitution of a minor, and photographing child sex acts, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office. Two teen brothers from New Jersey were arrested on accusations they killed a man found in a wooded area in Quakertown (Bucks County), Pennsylvania, authorities announced.
