Patrons Heartbroken Over Burlington's Brickwall Tavern Closing Brickwall Tavern has closed its Burlington location. The restaurant and bar opened in 2015 in an East Union Street building that once was a firehouse. "Over the last couple of months, we’ve received so many messages about Brickwall Burlington, wondering when we’d be starting up outdoor dining," the restaurant and bar wrote on Facebook.  "So it breaks our heart to share with you that Brickwall Burlington won’t be reopening.
