On Monday, Aug. 8, John Madden, of Little Egg Harbor Township, entered a guilty plea to knowingly leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in serious bodily injury and driving under the influence in an April 8, 2020, incident in Long Beach, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
