Drunken Atlantic City Boater Indicted In Deadly Summer Crash: Prosecutor An Atlantic City man was indicted after a boat crash killed a woman last summer, authorities said. A grand jury indicted 53-year-old Jeffrey Jastrzembski for first-degree aggravated manslaughter on Tuesday, Mar. 19, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced in a news release. He was charged in the deadly crash on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023.
