Police: Fair Lawn Officer Nabs Teaneck Hit-Run Driver In Elmwood Park FAIR LAWN, N.J. – Fair Lawn police arrested an Englewood driver moments after authorities said he fled the scene of a crash late Sunday in Teaneck. Responding to a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) for a vehicle heavily damaged in the Route 4 crash, Officer Geovanny Buitron stopped the car on Broadway in Elmwood Park, Sgt. Brian Metzler said.
