Passaic County Prosecutor Takes Over Paterson Police Internal Affairs Unit Passaic County’s prosecutor on Tuesday took control of the Paterson Police Department’s Internal Affairs Division following the civil rights arrests of two city officers by the FBI.  Prosecutor Camelia M.
