Aleksandr Rabinovich, 32, allegedly crashed into the building after he swerved to avoid a deer while traveling east on Route 57 around 9:50 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11. He subsequently refused to submit to a breath test and was charged with DWI, refusal to submit to breath test, and reckless driving, Hackettstown Police said. One Extricated, 2 Others Hospitalized In Serious Morris County Crash (Photos) One person had to be extricated and two others were hospitalized following a serious crash in Morris County, authorities said. The Long Valley First Aid Squad responded to the crash during the afternoon on Tuesday, Sept. 6, the department said. Crew members stabilized the vehicle and used a cross ram technique to remove the b-pillar from the victim. The patient was then taken by Saint Clare’s Health to Morristown Medical Center while two other victims were taken to Hackettstown Medical Center for treatment, the department said. Officers responding to the dispute at the Mountain Avenue store in Hackettstown found Eric Boe, 55, of Great Meadows, sitting on the ground and bleeding from his face as William Diaz-Santiago, 35, was holding him down around 2:25 p.m. on Monday, June 13, local police said.
