Giuseppe Dimarco, 46, was headed north on Macopin Road when the southbound teen from West Orange made a left, cutting off his 2014 Yamaha, around 6 p.m. Wednesday, township police said in a news release.

Dimarco "attempted to avoid collision and laid the motorcycle [on] the ground," they said.

The bike rolled right and he went left, they said.

An ambulance took him to West Milford High School landing zone while his motorcycle was removed by a tow truck.

Police gave the teen summonses for careless driving and being unlicensed.
