Scene quickly cleaned and cleared after tractor-trailer tips on Lincoln Tunnel helix

Everything was cleared within two hours after a tractor-trailer keeled onto the Lincoln Tunnel’s westbound helix, dumping debris onto the tunnel approach. Amazingly, no injuries were reported from the noontime spill.
