Port Authority police arrest TSA agent after cab driver is stiffed for ride

The taxi went looking for 27-year-old Arthur Pichardo of the Bronx about a half-hour after he hopped out of the cab at Terminal C, promising to return, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this afternoon.

PAPD officers arrested him on theft charges soon after, Pentangelo said.
