WEST MILFORD, N.J. -- An "Altered Book" workshop combines books and crafts at West Milford Township Library.
It provides step-by-step instructions so participants (adults/teens) can leave with a work of art.
The workshop July 26 from 3 to 4 p.m. is free and open to library card holders.
