The star of "One Day at a Time" is signing copies of her new cookbook "Indulge: Delicious and Decadent Dishes to Enjoy and Share" on Wednesday, April 3 at 6 p.m. at Books and Greetings in Northvale.
In the cookbook, Bertinelli discusses how when she turned 60, she decided to stop counting calories and enjoy being alive, starting in the kitchen, according to a synopsis. Recipes include garlic confit BLT, sausage and olive cheese bites, spaghetti al limone, filet minion with bearnaise sauce and chocolate peanut butter dates, according to a synopsis.
This is Bertinelli's sixth book. Her most recent book, "Enough Already: Learning to Love the Way I Am Today," was released in 2022.
