Suspect Arrested In Deadly Shooting Spree Of Homeless In NYC & DC Washington DC Police have arrested the suspect involved in five stabbings, including two homicides, where all the victims appeared to be homeless, authorities said on Tuesday, Mar. 15. "Early this AM, law enforcement arrested the suspect in Washington, DC." DC Police tweeted Tuesday morning. "He is currently being interviewed at our Homicide Branch.
