NJ County Prosecutors: Citizens Can Trust They'll Be Treated Fairly, Justly By Police
A public letter from New Jersey's 21 county prosecutors promises that members of law enforcement in the state will treat citizens "fairly and justly" -- and that those who don't will be held accountable.
