Well-Done Humor, Beefsteak As You Like It At Hackensack-Area Benefit Beloved comedian and local newspaper columnist Bill Ervolino will entertain attendees at a community beefsteak dinner to benefit a trio of area organizations: Crime Stoppers, Hackensack PBA Local #9 and the Hackensack Regional Chamber of Commerce. All-you-can-eat beefsteak on buttered toast will be accompanied by pasta, French fries, beer, wine and soda from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, at the Elan on westbound Route 46 in Lodi.
