Paterson PD: West Milford Driver Who Picked Up Drug Dealer Had 11-Month-Old Child With Her
A suburban driver had her 11-month old infant with her when she picked up a Paterson dealer who was being followed by detectives, authorities said. Investigators who stopped the car driven by Jamie Mahon, 27, of West Milford found a crack vial near the baby, Public Safety Director Jerry Speziale said. The passenger, Glenn Urena, 38, of Paterson was carrying 50 heroin folds and 10 vials of crack, he said. Edgewater Driver Charged With Carrying 72 THC Vape Cartridges
An Edgewater driver who at 20 already has an adult criminal history was carrying six dozen THC vape oil cartridges when he was stopped, borough police said. Marc A. Helewa, 20, told detectives who stopped him on Hilliard Avenue and Edgewater Place for having no front license plate and tinted windows that he had some pot in the center console of his 2014 Mercedes E350, Detective Sgt. Former Kidnapper Parked Stolen Car In Handicap Spot, Fair Lawn Police Say
FAIR LAWN, N. J. -- A pair of panhandlers in a Fair Lawn CVS parking lot -- one of them an ex-con who served time for kidnapping -- got there in a stolen car that they parked in a handicap spot, said police who arrested them. Borough officers discovered that ex-con Geno LoCascio, 40, and Jordan Roy Stevens, 29, were wanted on warrants when grabbed them at the River Road pharmacy last Tuesday night, Sgt.
