Wyckoff PD: Drunk Driver On Cellphone Stopped After Drifting Into Oncoming Traffic An Oakland driver was drunk and using a cellphone when her car veered into oncoming traffic in Wyckoff, said police who arrested her. Patricia Morales, 26, was released to a family member and her Hyundai was held for 12 hours, under John’s Law, Lt. Joseph Soto said.
