OLD TAPPAN, N.J. -- The Northern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan Wind Symphony earned a silver rating at the North Jersey Region Band Festival recently. 

The symphony also took home an award for Outstanding Woodwind Section. 

The Festival was held at Morristown High School.
