Sex charges against Fairview car dealer, stepson involving three underage girls

d in the Bergen County Jail on $400,000 bail, charged with having sex with two underage girls, while the older Franciso Roca Gamez, a local car dealer who is married, is being held on $150,000 bail, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.

Ascon, who works as a car detailer, faces the more serious charges of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and child endangerment. Gamez touched the third girl but didn’t have sex with her, under the second-degree crime he’s charged with.

Fairview police detectives worked the case through the night Tuesday after learning what happened. Authorities didn’t say how they were tipped off. Both men were quietly brought through court processing on Wednesday.
