Prosecutor: Old Tappan Man Posted Nude Online Photos Of Woman

OLD TAPPAN, N.J. -- An unemployed Old Tappan man posted sexually explicit photos of a woman he knew while encouraging others online to contact her, said authorities who arrested him on stalking and invasion of privacy charges.

Daniel G. Pfeiffer, who turns 27 this Monday, was being held on $50,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail following his arrest Friday.

Along with the images, Pfeiffer "posted personal identifying information of the victim on the Internet and encouraged others to contact her with sexually explicit conversations," acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.

Members of Grewal's Computer Crimes Unit and Old Tappan police took Pfeiffer into custody at his Windsor Road home, the prosecutor said.

Grewal also thanked the FBI Newark Field Office fo its assistance in the case.

A June 22 first appearance was scheduled in Central Municipal Court in Hackensack.
