Norwood Police Try To ID Female Driver Critically Injured In Crash

NORWOOD, N.J. -- Norwood police were trying to identify a woman who was critically injured when her car slammed into a guard rail, a telephone pole and a traffic control box the morning of Oct. 11.

The crash occurred at the corner of Livingston and Blanch around 5:45 a.m.

"It doesn't look good," one responder told Daily Voice.

The woman, believed to be in her late 20s, was extricated and taken to the hospital by medical chopper after her Hyundai snapped the pole and rolled into the woods at the intersection of Livingston Street and Blanch Avenue around 5:45 a.m., Norwood Police Chief Jeffrey Krapels said.
