A judge on Tuesday ordered that Joseph DiFalco, a married property manager from Kinnelon, remain held in the Bergen County Jail pending a detention hearing this, county Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
DiFalco, who is charged with sexual assault by sexual contact and child endangerment, was arrested Monday after an investigation by members of his Special Victims Unit and Norwood police, the prosecutor said.
