HAWORTH, N.J. -- Haworth firefighters battled a stubborn garage fire Thursday night that consumed a sedan.

The Pleasant Avenue fire began in the Buick LeSabre just before 8:30 p.m. and then spread, responders told Daily Voice.

Demarest firefighters joined their Haworth colleagues at the scene.
