Juliana Luchkiw, a drama student who was graduated from North Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan in 2009, was arrested by the NYPD in her Mott Street apartment in lower Manhattan Tuesday night on a misdemeanor drug possession charge.

Three men who were there were also arrested, police said. Luchkiw’s boyfriend, 22-year-old deejay Max Rosenblum and jazz musician Robert Vineberg, 57, were charged. Charges were dropped against the third man.

Vineberg, who was charged with felony drug possession, may have sold Hoffman the fatal batch, according to police — which his attorney denied.

The NYPD said 350 bags of heroin found during the raid didn’t have the same branding as the batch that killed Hoffman.

Luchkiw, who attends Parsons School of Design, remained held without bail.

“She’s a college student,” said her lawyer, Stephen Turano. “She is not a drug dealer.”
