Atlantic City lifeguard charged with having sex with Northvale girl, 15

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: An Atlantic City lifeguard came to Northvale last week and had sex with a 15-year-old girl he met online, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said this morning.

David Mariche-Banos, 21, met the girl on “Tinychat.com,” told her he was younger and made arrangements for a meeting, the prosecutor said.

He was arrested and charged with second-degree sexual assault after the encounter, Molinelli said.

The prosecutor didn’t say how authorities found out.

Mariche-Banos was being held on $75,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.
