According to a Facebook post by Richard Cutro, "Mark and Alvanni Supliki were the first to arrive on Friday evening," followed by Rob Williams, who traveled from Hamilton Square and arrived late Friday night. Others arrived Saturday morning.

Dave Lopez posted in the wee hours on Sunday morning that it's "Going on 4 a.m. and the excitement of free hot dogs FOR LIFE is building. Freezing our a**es off, but it's for history (a once in a lifetime chance) so it's all good!"

The brave souls who waited it out were given engraved cards, the better to claim their prizes in the years to come. The event also featured a free hot dog per person on Sunday, and the owner noted that it was "insane" there all day.
