WESTWOOD, N.J. – At the first meeting of the Old Tappan Public Library’s Cookbook Club everyone made their own dish from "The 150 Best American Recipes" cookbook.
The chefs enjoyed various homemade dishes including Parisi deviled eggs, savory fig tart and Senegalese peanut soup at the Monday, March 14 event.
The next meeting will be held Monday, April 11. The cookbook of choice will be "Helen Nash's New Kosher Cuisine." New members are welcome.
The Old Tappan Public Library is at 56 Russell Ave., Westwood.
