Re-energized Haworth Day To Offer New Attractions

HAWORTH, N.J. -- This year's Haworth Day, to take place Sept. 10, will feature new attractions, including a demo by Tiger Kim's Taekwondo Center.

Participants also can expect improved amusement rides along with a dunk tank and pony rides, organizers said.

It all takes place 1-6 p.m. Sept. 10 along Terrace Street in downtown Haworth. The rain date is Sept. 11.

Thee local Boy Scout troop will offer canoe rides on Haworth Pond, and the fire department will play firehose water games with the kids.

People also can enjoy games, food, a DJ, face painters, clowns, magicians, and other entertainers.
