Eat Healthy Pumpkin Palooza, Dietition Come To Norwood Library

NORWOOD, N.J. -- Registered Dietitian Jenna Amos will be in the library Thursday, Oct. 22 for a Pumpkin Palooza program to encourage healthy eating for kids.

Pumpkins are a seasonal component of healthy eating. Send your kids to the Norwood Public Library Thursday after school for an inspirational healthy eating session with Shop-Rite Inserra dietitian Jenna Amos. Pre-registration is required.

Amos will teach kids about healthy eating in a program that involves education and healthy snacking, and is sure to be exciting. The program is open to children from second grade up, and runs from 3 - 4 p.m.
