A missing woman from Clifton was found unharmed Saturday evening, Sept. 21, after being recognized by a Good Samaritan, police said. Police ID Missing Fisherman Found Dead In NJ Lake
Police have identified the fisherman who went missing and was later found dead in a New Jersey lake. Valeri Malov, of Pine Brook, had gone fishing in the body of water behind an industrial complex on Chapin Road Saturday morning, Aug. 24, Montville Police Chief Andrew Caggiano said. Responding officers found his fishing equipment on the shoreline and began a search of the area. Missing 82-Year-Old Bergen County Twin Sisters Found Unharmed On Long Island
The silver alert issued for a pair of 82-year-old New Jersey twins was canceled after the two were found on Long Island, police in River Edge said. Sources on Tuesday, Aug. 20 told Daily Voice that Margo Nelson and Gail Soehnlein were located unharmed in Suffolk County in the town of Southampton. Further circumstances surrounding their discovery have not been released. The pair had left their home on Bogert Road around 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 19.

A 35-year-old Paramus man's body was believed to have been recovered from a river in Vermont on the afternoon of Wednesday, Aug. 14 after a multi-day search, authorities said. The body of Orlando Chamorro, who had been reported missing out of North Arlington on Friday, Aug. 2, was recovered from the Passaic River on Monday, Aug. 5, Essex County Assistant Prosecutor Thomas Fennelley said. The search for a missing paddleboarder on a Sussex County lake came to a tragic end Sunday morning, July 7, police said. James Lee, 61, of Sandyston, had been on a stand-up paddleboard on Kittatinny Lake when he fell into the water and did not re-emerge Friday, July 5 around 6:45 p.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt.
