Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Child Under 16 Multiple Times In Bergen County: Prosecutor A 19-year-old Bergen County man has been arrested on accusations he sexually assaulted a juvenile, authorities said. Juan Flores-Mejia sexually assaulted the child, who was under 16 years old, multiple times in Bogota, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Flores-Mejia was arrested following an investigation by the county prosecutor's office on Oct. 4 and charged with four counts of second-degree sexual assault and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
