NEW MILFORD, N.J. -- It wasn't your usual building dedication: New Milford Police Chief Frank Ramaci not only cut the ribbon on a state-of-the art headquarters last week -- the entrance road was named for late Detective Lt. Brian Long. The new, 14,315-square-foot, $3.9 million headquarters replaces an absolute facility built in 1959.
