Precipitation is expected to continue throughout the day, with snowfall accumulation most significant near and north of the Route 78 corridor in Pennsylvania and northwest New Jersey, according to the National Weather Service in Philadelphia/Mount Holly. Police were called to the westbound side of the roadway just after 6 a.m. for a crash involving a white 2015 Land Rover that had lost control and struck a light pole and a guard rail, Police Capt. The British Swim School instructor and lifeguard -- 29-year-old Anthony Capuano -- went in after him. And the entire rescue was caught on tape.
