Boom Burger: Mahwah Location Shuts For Renovations, Clifton's Prepares To Open BOOM Burger has big plans in store this year. The eatery closed its Mahwah location for renovations as its new Clifton spot readies to open. The burger chain announced on Facebook it will be coming to River Front Center strip mall on Route 3. No word yet on when the Route 17 location will reopen. Clifton's BOOM Burger will offer the Pat LaFredia burgers, of course, and boast an outdoor patio, 40 televisions and a massive HD screen.
