Details Released In Bayonne Officer-Involved Shooting Authorities have released details in an officer-involved shooting early Thursday, July 13 in Bayonne. Bayonne police responding to a report of theft from a gas station on 53rd Street near Avenue E around 6:45 a.m., found a suspect in the parking lot of Burger King on Broadway and 54th, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Eric Amato of the Bayonne Police Department said in a statement.
