BBQ Spot 'All The Smoke' Coming To Passaic County
A new barbecue spot has announced a Passaic County opening date.
All the Smoke will open Sept. 3 in Clifton, the restaurant announced on Instagram.
The menu boasts loads of smoked meats such as brisket, turkey, pulled pork, chicken, wings and more.
Platters and sandwiches are also offered, as are sides such as mac 'n' cheese, baked beans, sweet potato casserole, coleslaw, potato salad and more.
All the Smoke will open Sept. 3 at 64 1/2 Market St., in Clifton.

A pair of chefs are teaming up to create a line of one-of-a-kind homemade barbecue sauces called "DM BBQ Sauces."
Dave Morales, of Newark, and Vinny Botti, of Totowa, met at Twisted Elm Tavern in 2016 and became business partners two years later. They each bring their own unique culinary experience to the business, making for a sweet, tangy and savory sauce combinations.
While Morales works as the chef, Botti handles the business side of operations. Together, they want to make barbecuing easy, they said.

BBQ Joint To Open In Shuttered Route 17 Macaroni Grill In Ramsey
Brothers Barbecue is coming to Bergen County.
The New Windsor, N.Y. restaurant will be opening in the shuttered Macaroni Grill on Route 17 in Ramsey, according to NorthJersey.com.
The restaurant is owned by brothers Gavin, Jamie, and Chris Farella.
The trio grew up in the Hudson Valley but learned Eastern Carolina barbecue during summers with their family in North Carolina, and their mom, Cheryll Farella, their website says.
