Mike, 47, passed in the early morning hours of Aug. 1 (Thursday) due to complications related to his battle with pancreatic cancer. After it was detected in February, Mike was re-assigned from police patrol division and placed on modified assignment and duty hours to accommodate his medical treatments and procedures, which became necessary for his immediate future. Bergen 200 Club Gives Ho-Ho-Kus Fire Department $2,500 Grant HO-HO-KUS, N.J. – The Ho-Ho-Kus Volunteer Fire Department has received a $2,500 public safety grant from the 200 Club of Bergen County for the purchase of firefighting equipment. The grant was presented by 200 Club Trustee Dean Catanzaro to Chief Keith Rosazza and Assistant Chief Scott McDermott during the organization’s winter reception last month at The Graycliff in Moonachie.
