Newark PD: Serial Masturbator Followed Newark Girl, Grabbed Grandmother Holding Baby A 24-year-old Newark man who police say masturbated before following a young girl into the gate of her home, and on a separate occasion was  masturbating when he grabbed a grandmother holding a baby, has been arrested on several charges. The first incident occurred March 14 at an apartment building on Hawkins and Horatio streets, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said.
