MIDLAND PARK, N.J. — Midland Park High School's varsity girls soccer team came out victorious against Pompton Lakes' Walkill Valley in the semifinal round of the North Jersey, Section 1, Group 1 state tournament in Midland Park on Monday.
Midland Park Girls Varsity Soccer Nov. 9 victory will send the team to the sectional final.

Melissa Lein, Emma Lein and Jenna Passero scored the goals for Midland Park in its quarterfinal victory.
