ALLENDALE, N.J. — Allendale native and Don Bosco graduate Andrew Herrera can cross another one off his bucket list.

The Yale baseball junior catcher caught the ceremonial first pitch from former U.S. President George H. W. Bush at the Bulldogs' season opener at Texas A&M on March 4. 

The big day didn't stop there for Herrera, who homered and drove in three in a 12-5 loss to the Aggies. 

The Bulldogs also got a tour of the Bush Presidential Library and met the former President while in Texas.
