Saddle River Students Visit Microsoft Headquarters

WAYNE, NJ - Students from Saddle River Day School traveled to the Microsoft retail store in Wayne to participate in their Youth Spark Field Trip on Thursday, March 31.

Students moved through stations that are custom designed to enhance experimental learning, strengthen education, and help them incorporate these experiences into their work.

At one station, students were immersed into "Hour of Code" tutorials in which they participated in STEAM-driven methods of JavaScript coding.

The "TouchDevelop" station then provided an introductory lesson to learn how script lines are utilized.
