Woman says bicyclist lifted her skirt in Fair Lawn section of county park

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Police this morning were searching the area of the duck pond of Saddle River County Park after a woman said a man came up on a bicycle in the Fair Lawn section and lifted her skirt.

The woman, who notified police around 8 a.m., said the stranger then took off north towards Glen Rock on the bicycle path.

She described him as Asian or Hispanic and wearing a blue shirt.

Bergen County Police were joined in the search by local jurisdictions, BCPD Capt. James Mullin told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
